Refund Policy

Since Reluxis LLC sells digital Microsoft license keys delivered instantly, all sales are final once the key is issued. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refunds After Key Delivery

  • Once a Microsoft license key, subscription, or download link is sent to your email or account dashboard, we cannot issue refunds.

  • Why? Digital products cannot be “returned” or deactivated after delivery (like physical goods).

2. Exceptions: Refundable Cases

We only approve refunds if: ✅ The key is invalid or defective (verified by our team with Microsoft). ✅ The key was never delivered (no email received within 48 hours). ✅ Duplicate purchase (accidental order of the same product).

To request a refund under these exceptions:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Change of mind (after key is delivered). ❌ Incorrect purchase (e.g., wrong Microsoft product bought). ❌ Failure to meet system requirements (check product details before buying).

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • If approved, refunds are issued via Stripe to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Disputing a charge without contacting us first will result in:

    • Permanent account suspension.

    • Blacklisting of the license key (Microsoft may deactivate it).

  • Always contact us first to resolve issues.
