1. Accepted Payment Methods

Note: We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

2. Payment Security

  • We never store your full card details on our servers.

3. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices are in USD (US Dollars).

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. When You’ll Be Charged

  • Your card is authorized immediately at checkout.

  • The charge is finalized once your Microsoft license key is delivered (usually within 15 minutes).

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  1. Check for:

    • Insufficient funds

    • Card expiration/incorrect details

    • Bank blocks (contact your bank if needed)

  2. Retry with a different card if issues persist.

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refund Policy: Strictly follows our Refund Policy (no refunds after key delivery).

  • Chargebacks: Disputing a valid charge will result in:

    • Automatic account suspension

    • Blacklisting of license keys

7. Receipts & Invoices

  • digital receipt is emailed immediately after purchase.

  • Need a VAT invoice? Contact us with your order number.

8. Fraud Prevention

  • We verify high-risk orders via:

    • Address Verification System (AVS)

  • Suspicious orders may be canceled without notice.
